Location advice (we know the rules per beach), a styling proposal in your colours or theme, catering options and a weather plan B. All you have to do is say yes.
On the day itself everything is ready before you arrive. Storm-proof decoration, styled down to the details. During your moment we're invisibly close by.
Afterwards we take everything down and leave the place clean. The decoration goes back for the next celebration: reusable, so no pile of waste. You keep only the photos and the memory.

In high season (June–September) we recommend 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Proposals are often possible within 72 hours, depending on our calendar. Just ask about your preferred date — we're happy to think along.
You can rebook to a reserve date free of charge, or we move to a covered plan B location. The decision point is 24 hours ahead, so you know for sure your moment goes ahead.
Not everywhere — each municipality has different rules for beach setups. We know those rules, arrange a permit where needed or suggest a suitable spot. You don't have to worry about it.
Yes. Our PilaMania decoration sits on a storm-proof four-leg base (recognisable by the X-cross), holds its shape for weeks, needs no helium and goes back afterwards — no waste on the beach.
Yes, through fixed local partners: grazing platters, picnic boxes, sweets and drinks such as cava and fresh juices. We always present catering as an option with your event, not as a separate service.
